There were group activities which were not grouped to levels within the class, so I had to join (very nice) Mexican girls with very little english foundations so group work on a project as intended was not really possible.
The only bright side of the course were the 1-hour-intensive teaching courses every day. This means 40 useless hours in two weeks vs. 10 hours of what I had expected. Not an impressive ratio.
By the way, the intensive course was like normal teaching in my english classes at home, not "more intensive". But the teachers *asked* what we would like to improve and *adapted* their teaching accordingly. Why could this not have been alike for the whole day??? I would have expected the same for the teachers for the rest of the day. Very disappointing indeed.
